Steve’s 30+ year career spans the automotive industry sector from Retail to Supplier and OEM perspectives. After graduating from Northwood University, Steve worked in the automotive retail dealership business where he supported all major dealership profit centers before moving on to a career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), later CDK Global. Prior to joining TruVideo, Steve was the VP of Dealer Engagement at FordDirect. During his career, Steve has had the opportunity to consult with dealerships and OEMs nationwide on everything from lead management and digital marketing to sales, training, and DMS best practices. His unique experience helps him assist dealers and clients in meeting the needs of consumers in the digital age.
