Bio

Grew up in Naperville Il and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Automotive Technology.  Worked as a fleet technician prior to joining GM in 2005 as District Service Manager in the Naperville regional office.  Then spent 7 years as a District Service/Part Manager in the field and 3 years as a Field Warranty Manager for the state of Michigan.   Joined Warranty Operations in 2020 as Assistant Manager Warranty Administration.
