Bio

Jeff Ellis began his professional automotive career in early 1980’s as technician working for both OE dealerships & independent repair shops eventually specializing in diagnostics.

Jeff has been with Hyundai since early 2014 leading technical support teams including techline, diagnostic tools, service information, field service engineering and prior approval. He is currently senior group manager/dealer technical support department head since 2021, currently responsible for techline and related systems including our technical knowledgebase system provided to dealers.
